Student Awards Foundation

The Student Awards Foundation (SAF) was founded by the members of the Pittsburgh Section to encourage students to pursue Civil Engineering as a profession.  The ASCE Pittsburgh SAF presents cash awards to students each year for the American Bridge Leadership Award, Italo V. (Ody) Mackin Achievement Award, and ASCE Achievement Awards. These awards recognize outstanding civil engineering students preparing to be future leaders of the profession.
